If you are a Celcom/Xpax customer but have not registered for an Online Customer Service account, then you can create a Celcom Online Store account and use the same login credentials (username and password) to login to Online Customer Service to manage your account.
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day and for orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day. The estimated delivery time are as follows:
1) Klang Valley within 1-2 working days
2) Peninsular Malaysia (except Klang Valley) within 2-3 working days
3) East Malaysia within 3-5 working days
Yes, you will receive an email notification on the tracking details once your item is despatched. Alternatively, you can login to your Celcom Online Store account to check on your order status.
